Meet Jeff Jr.

Jeff is a Tallahassee native and graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He has been a full-time real estate investor in the Tallahassee area for 5 years. He purchased his first multifamily property in 2019, leading to the founding of his real estate investment firm, Hittinger Properties. Currently, Hittinger Properties either directly owns or has a GP interest in 19+ units of multifamily real estate. Jeff has directly sourced, self-funded, and operated small-mid multifamily transitions in the Tallahassee Florida market while operating a $30M family owned distribution company throughout the SE United States. His true passion is being a husband and father to his two kids, JJ and Jade. Their time creating businesses, drawing, and horse playing.
